Joe has been associated with architectural and design firms since 1970, twenty-eight of those years in Contract Administration. He rejoined IMPLEMENTATION INC in 1989 bringing an extensive technical background to the firm. His varied experience includes commercial, private, institutional and governmental agency Projects. He oversaw the firm's construction detailing, specification writing and quality control policy. Joe has an A.A. in Architecture Technology from Catonsville Community College. He is a registered architect in the State of Maryland and a member of The American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specification Institute. Communication and good client working relationships are the keys to Joe's project success rate.
